INGREDIENTS: Blackcurrant syrup (60% blackcurrants, sugar), 32% fresh spirulina (microalgae A.platensis), 300mg vit C (per 100ml). Don't be afraid of sugar, because in one serving of this drink, there is even less sugar (carbohydrates) than in fruits and juices! Spirulina - home-grown, blackcurrant syrup - from Latvian farmers.

USAGE: Shake before use. One serving is 22ml or 2 tablespoons. A measuring cup is available for easy dosing. We recommend mixing the daily dose with ~100 ml of water. A 330 ml bottle contains 14 servings for a fourteen day course of spirulina. If there is a greater need for bioactive substances, e.g. in case of illness, stress or injury, two or more doses per day may also be taken. We recommend taking it in the first half of the day, as spirulina creates a surge of energy. Can also be used by children.

STORAGE: Once opened, use within 20 days and store in the fridge.

Fresh spirulina is a natural, unprocessed food rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Unlike the well-known and widely available spirulina powder, fresh spirulina has a very neutral taste and smell. Unlike artificial vitamin mixtures, which often cause side effects and irritate the stomach, such as iron preperates, spirulina is easily absorbed, improves the gastric microflora and does not irritate the digestive tract. Allergies are virtually non-existent, but as with any new product, we recommend observing your body's reaction to find the right amount for you. Due to the high concentration of biologically active substances, we recommend taking it in the first half of the day.
